God's Secret Plan
The secret God kept — and why He needs YOU to tell it
Paul says God kept a wonderful secret for ages — a 'mystery' that is now finally revealed! The mystery is this: God's family was never meant for just one nation. People from EVERY country, every language, every skin colour — all equal heirs together in God's family through Jesus Christ. And look at who God chose to tell this secret: Paul, who used to be the greatest enemy of the church! The man who hunted and imprisoned Christians is now the chief messenger of grace. Paul calls himself 'the least of all God's people' — yet God gave him the biggest mission.
And here is the truth that changes everything: God has not changed His method. HE STILL USES PEOPLE to tell the secret. Every person who knows Jesus has the same calling Paul had — to tell others the good news.
Scripture calls this PERSONAL EVANGELISM, and it is not optional. It is a doctrinal conviction: every believer is sent as a messenger.
You are young? So was Jeremiah. You don't feel qualified? Neither did Moses. God's secret is too good to keep!

Big idea: The mystery of Ephesians 3 and the doctrine of Personal Evangelism. Scripture calls every believer to personal evangelism: that personal evangelism — sharing the gospel one to one — is the calling of every believer, not just ordained ministers. Paul's pattern in Ephesus (Acts 19) was three years of daily teaching AND personal conversations. The 'mystery' of 3:6 (all peoples as co-heirs) has direct evangelism implications: nobody is beyond the reach of grace; nobody's background disqualifies them; no language or culture is excluded. For a family living between Nigeria, Mexico and beyond, this is personal: your children live in a multi-language, multi-culture world that desperately needs this message.
Conversation starters: (1) Who do you know personally who does not yet know Jesus? Write their name and pray for them together. (2) Paul was the least likely messenger — yet God used him most. How does that encourage you when you feel unqualified to share your faith? (3) What is ONE simple way each person in this family could tell the secret of Jesus this week? Commit to one specific action and report back next week.
